1. The tournament and the course
PRECISION is now in its second year and stays at its home course, Silk Path Dong Trieu. At the Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards 2026 the club picked up two titles: Best Golf Experience Course 2026 and Top 10 Best Golf Courses in Vietnam 2026.
From Hanoi, Dong Trieu is roughly 90 minutes to 2 hours by car depending on when you leave. If you are in the 6:30 am shotgun, plan to stay at the resort from the evening of 19 December. The 12:30 pm flight works as a day trip, as long as you are on the road before 10 am.
2. Entry fee and eligibility
The entry fee of VND 3,150,000 per golfer includes:
- Golf fees: green fee, caddy and shared buggy
- Official tournament shirt
- Lunch at the club
- Evening gala dinner and prize giving
The field is open to Vietnamese golfers and to foreign golfers who live and work in Vietnam. Golfers holding a Professional certificate (current, expired or newly issued) may play, but they are not ranked and cannot win prizes.
3. Prizes
| Category | Prize |

| Hole In One (HIO) | High-value prize |
| Best Gross | Champion's trophy |
| Flights | 1st, 2nd and 3rd place |
| Men's/Women's technical | Nearest to the Pin, Longest Drive |
The organiser has not yet announced the value of each prize. WinGolf will update this page once it does, and golfers registered through WinGolf will hear from us directly.
4. Tournament rates for rooms and villas
Tournament players can book rooms at Silk Path Dong Trieu at the rates below. They apply to the nights of 19, 20 and 21 December 2026 and include taxes, fees and breakfast for the number of guests booked.
| Room type | Units | Beds | Per night (VND) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pine Suite | 3 | Twin | 2,100,000 |
| 3-bedroom villa | 6 | 1 Double + 2 Twin, or 3 Twin | 6,300,000 |
| 4-bedroom villa | 1 | 4 Twin | 8,400,000 |
| 5-bedroom villa | 3 | 2 Double + 3 Twin, or 1 Double + 4 Twin | 10,500,000 |
| Extra guest surcharge (villas only) | 700,000 | ||
| Extra bed (villas only, book in advance, subject to availability) | 300,000 | ||
Only 13 rooms and villas are offered at these rates, and there is just one 4-bedroom villa. With every bed filled, the cost works out to about VND 1,050,000 per person per night, whether two of you share a Pine Suite or ten of you take a 5-bedroom villa. Groups of 6 to 10 tend to go for a villa: there is a shared living room to come back to after the gala.
5. Extra rounds before and after the tournament
Tournament players can add an 18-hole round at a reduced rate:
- Saturday 19 December 2026: VND 2,050,000 per 18-hole round
- Monday 21 December 2026: VND 1,750,000 per 18-hole round
The rate covers green fee, caddy, shared buggy, one meal (set menu or buffet depending on the day) at Pine View restaurant, a bottle of water waiting on your buggy, plus locker, gym, sauna and steam room.
If you have never played Silk Path Dong Trieu, take the 19 December round. One lap to learn the green speeds and where the bunkers sit makes tournament day a lot less of a guessing game.
6. Suggested 3-day, 2-night plan
Example budget for one golfer sharing a Pine Suite and playing all three days: 2,050,000 (19 Dec round) + 3,150,000 (entry) + 1,750,000 (21 Dec round) + 2 nights × 1,050,000 = about VND 9,050,000 (around US$362), transport not included. Playing tournament day only with one night's stay comes to about VND 4,200,000.
7. FAQ
I'm an expat. Can I enter?
Yes, as long as you live and work in Vietnam. Golfers flying in from abroad just for the event are not covered by the current rules.
Can professionals play?
Yes. Golfers with a Professional certificate can play, but they are not ranked and do not receive prizes.
Morning or afternoon shotgun?
The 6:30 am start suits golfers staying at the resort from 19 December. The 12:30 pm start suits groups driving in from Hanoi on the day. December mornings in Quang Ninh are cold and often misty, so morning players should bring a thermal layer to wear under the tournament shirt.
Can I get these room rates without playing?
No. The room rates and extra-round rates are for tournament players only, from 19 to 21 December 2026. Companions who are not playing can share a villa for the extra guest surcharge of VND 700,000 per night.
When will prize values be announced?
The organiser will announce them later. WinGolf will add them to this page as soon as they are official.

⛳ Tip from WinGolf
Very few villas are offered at the tournament rate: six 3-bedroom, one 4-bedroom and three 5-bedroom. Groups of six or more should settle the player list and hold a villa first, then pick a shotgun.
