It is prohibited to use any part of this Website for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third-party partner without our written permission. Users must carefully read the policies and transaction procedures shown on this Website before transacting in order to avoid disputes.

Scope of service provision: Wingolf provides services without limitation as to time and geography. Users may access the Website from anywhere and at any time to use the services.

Refund of service fees: Users are responsible for reading and clearly understanding the services provided by wingolf.com.vn before making payment and using the services. All payments are non-refundable.

Obligations of the parties: The Website is responsible for maintaining the normal operation of its services and ensuring the best possible service quality for customers. Customers are responsible for using services normally and must not infringe the rights of other consumers or of the Website.

Wingolf.com.vn does not support a self-posting feature for partners; all information on the website is moderated, edited and posted by the website administration. Partners send product/service information to the Content Moderation Department for review and editing before it is posted on their behalf. Wingolf.com.vn has a team responsible for information control, referred to as technical administrators, who control, review and correct information for accuracy and truthfulness. Normally, within 24 hours after a partner sends product information for posting, system administrators review, moderate and edit the content as appropriate for display to buyers. The Content Moderation Department verifies and validates content before posting. Content that violates requirements will be refused and not posted on the Website; partners will be notified of inaccurate/invalid information so that they can revise or supplement it. In addition, when a customer complaint arises, Wingolf will verify the information and remove information with violating elements if a product/service receives too many unfavorable reviews.

Verification and review of information supplied by service/goods partners

The Company requires partners to submit verification documents of the trader/responsible person: business-registration certificates and any business licences required for conditional business lines. Within 24 hours after a partner provides information, the Company verifies it and contacts the partner to proceed with contract signing if all supplied information is complete and valid under law.

Moderation of service/goods programme content posted on the website

The Company requires partners to provide clear and detailed product/service programme descriptions that are complete and accurate and do not mislead buyers. Information about the programme, itinerary, price and business licence (if any) must be clearly stated. 4. Time of purchase, service type, service price and benefits for the service purchaser;
5. Other rules on changes/cancellations (if any);
6. Logos, images and content posted by a partner must not infringe the intellectual-property rights of any third party unless permission has been obtained from that third-party owner;
7. Illustrative product/service images must be appropriate and clear; introduction content must be complete and must not consist of empty posts, links only to another page, or sensitive terms contrary to good customs, prohibited keywords on Wingolf.com.vn;
8. Content or service images must not be posted for the purpose of inciting rebellion, violence, hatred, violence, disasters, politics, religion, culture or race.
