The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram is a world-class links golf course located on the natural coastal dunes of Ho Tram, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. Designed by legendary golfer Greg Norman, the course opened in 2014 and has consistently ranked among Golf Digest's Top 100 courses in the world, ranking #68 worldwide in 2024 and previously #1 in Vietnam and #35 worldwide in 2018.

The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram is located in Phuoc Thuan, Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, within the Grand Ho Tram Strip resort complex.

From Ho Chi Minh City

The distance is approximately 120 km, taking 2 to 2.5 hours by car. The Bluffs offers a free shuttle bus from pickup points in Ho Chi Minh City for guests staying at hotels in the Grand Ho Tram Strip.

From Vung Tau

The distance is approximately 60 km, taking about 1.5 hours via the coastal route.

Design & Architecture — Greg Norman and Links Golf Philosophy

The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram is a creation of Greg Norman Golf Course Design (GNGCD). Its design philosophy is “minimal intervention in the natural terrain”, incorporating the existing dunes across all 18 holes.

Sea wind is a central design element, with holes running downwind, into the wind and across the wind. The course has two separate Stroke Index sets for the dry and rainy seasons.
